    Subject Line: Hunger isn’t about food 😱😱
    Preview: I was recently proven right about this, you can be full and lose weight!

    Hook Line: Hunger is 99% NEVER about the food, and recently a client proved this for me.

    These are her exact words “I was able to recognize that I am craving for comforting homestyle food from my younger days when I was with my mom, because I was missing talking to her. I have been so busy that I let a lot of time go by and hadn’t spoken with her. I missed it so much. once I called her and we spoke and enjoyed our conversation so much, that the next day I already noticed I wasn’t craving that heavy food anymore! So astonishing!”

    This story once again reinforced the fact that most of the times when we are hungry, it’s not about the food. But actually an underlying emotion or unmet need. Have you ever been curious about your cravings, binging, or mindless eating? In our coaching calls, we talk through situations and apply curiosity so that YOU can find the answers you need.

At 30 Jaini felt like she was 60 and knew something had to change.
