Happy New Year everyone! Sorry didn’t get to join the create session for the whole time. Having watched the replay I have managed to draft one email. Would love your thoughts on it. I’ve set out my mission statement first as context if it helps. @hellokimromain-com @wdnyc2014gmail-com @kathymthoodphotography-com @fancyfamilyphotokeeper-com @annettepresleyhotmail-com

Mission Statement: Empowering individuals feeling burnt-out, stressed, and tired to master their emotions, make mindful food choices, and harness the power of their mind to reclaim vibrant, joyful lives. By cultivating healthy habits, we envision a world where thriving with energy, great health, and happiness becomes the norm.

Subject Line: Enjoy Life And Be Healthy
Preview: Sound too good to be true?

    Hi [FNAME],

Does the idea of being healthy feel like giving up on enjoying life? Like it means restriction, boring meals, and never truly ‘living a little’? I used to think that too.

Food was my passion. I was the person who planned every outing around what we’d eat, who couldn’t stop thinking about the next meal, and yes—who definitely didn’t share food. 🙈

But by the end of 2019, my love for food came at a cost. I was constantly tired, struggling with my weight, and missing out on the joys of life because I didn’t have the energy to fully enjoy it. Hiking left me breathless, playing sports felt like a chore, and I wasn’t the vibrant, happy person I wanted to be.

I knew something had to change—but as a foodie, the thought of “healthy eating” felt like a death sentence to joy.

But you know what? It wasn’t the end of joy—it was the beginning of more. As I began shifting what I ate, I felt alive for the first time in years. I hiked with a smile instead of gasping for air. I played hockey with energy and confidence. And here’s the best part: I still loved food.

I learned to create meals that were delicious, nutritious, and satisfying. But beyond that, I discovered something life-changing: when your body feels good, life feels amazing. Healthy isn’t boring—it’s freedom.

Here’s what I want you to know from my heart to yours:
    • Being healthy doesn’t mean restriction or giving up what you love.
    • It’s possible to enjoy food and life—at the same time.
    • Health unlocks a new level of energy and joy that makes everything better.

Imagine waking up with energy to do anything you want—whether it’s hiking without puffing, being active and energetic on holiday, or chasing your kids or grandkids around. What would that life look like for you?

I’d love to hear from you today. Hit reply and share: What’s one change you’re committed to making for a healthier, more energized life?

Or let’s chat! Book a discovery call and together we’ll explore how you can enjoy life while eating healthy, delicious food.
