The people who get the best results:
Before (bold qualifiers)
Over 70k annual household income, but maybe aside from some 401k funds, not really building wealth
Find budgeting frustrating, useless, or both.
Make monthly debt payments besides a mortgage.
Give no thought to life after work – it doesn’t seem possible before Social Security kicks in (if it’s even still there)
After:
I don’t have to track every dime, but I know my money is going exactly where I want it to.
I make financial progress EVERY TIME I get paid.
I can handle a financial emergency with confidence.
I have a clear vision of my future work-optional life, and I’ll be there in _____ years. I can’t wait!!
