Question: How do you keep your program or method intact while still providing client-specific results?

I’m working on my ah-ha/setbacks and one of the setbacks is that advice from friends or books can often not work for clients because it’s not specific to them or their situation. Up to this point, I’ve been coaching from a place of “client problems” and not “my program”. Within the last year I’ve worked on my program and will be able to use it and refine it with on-going clients. The challenge for me is how do I do that when clients seemingly get better results when we discover what works best for them; not everyone else? OR (thinking out loud) was I not attracting the right clients who would “fit into” my program and get great results? I hope this makes sense. Thanks for the feedback!
