Context: I want to personally send a message to the people who clicked the workshop link but did not register. This email is a personal email sent to them.

Subject Line: Checking in with you

    Copy:
    Hey {!firstname_fix},

I noticed you clicked on the link for my SOP Summer School: High-Touch Client Onboarding with Low-Touch Effort workshop but didn’t register.

I just wanted to check in with you to see if you have any more questions. I’m happy to hop on a call with you and walk through a general SOP; I know they can be overwhelming for some people.

If you have more questions or you want to have a “get to know your chat,” here’s the link. Wulfden Coffee Chat

Go ahead and grab some time. Or if you feel like you have it and you want to reply back to me what your understanding of an SOP is, or what’s holding you back from registering.

I’m here to help it. I want to make sure that you’re really clear on SOPs and how they can be a benefit to your business.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

    • Hi @carriewulfdenprofessionalsolutions-com I think this email is fine. I love getting these types of emails because oftentimes I click on something and get distracted and forget about it. I’m not sure what your content personality is but if it’s video or audio i think adding a personal video answering common FAQs (this will save the time of booking a call) or an audio voicemail for them to really drive home the personal touch of you caring and really wanting to support them.

    • I always wondered how to send these emails. Thanks for sharing, email looks good!
