Hi Tanya, love your down-to-earth and friendly “let’s talk” energy. Your BQ section sounds good; but it kind of fades away from being punchy — last 2 bullets make it too long? and the section seems to fade into a “what we can do for you” — clearer separation between the two might be more effective.
