    • I feel like this might be too long and could be more concise. I don’t think you need to use the word pilot because it makes it sound like you are creating a blueprint for a pilot program not necessarily a business.

I am not fond of the word architect. It’s not relatable and architecting something doesn’t sound simple or easy. I think design,…Read More

    • I agree with Annette. I would replace the word architect with create or design because you want your plan to be flexible and unique and not strict and without any tolerances. I would use the word pilot in a subtitle.

    • Great advice from Annette and Kerstin. You do not need to say it is pilot program. It is a four-week program.

  • I’m a visual learner. I had trouble wrapping my head around the list(s) of ideal client characteristics. So I made a body map that let me SEE how it all fit together. On the map I did 3 things: demographics (shared here), starting pains, outcomes & benefits. Perhaps it will help someone else.

    Ideal Client Body…Read More

    • Very cool idea! Might have to download or screenshoot it, to get a better sense of it. The type is a bit small for me, even on a decent sized screen.

    • So happy you found a way for this to work with your brain. That picture gave me anxiety, personally! But then again, visual is something I continue to work on. 🙂

  • Bold Qualifiers for the “Downshifting” segment of TinyBiz Community:

You’ve given your business your all. And it’s been good. And now… it’s not the way you want to live.

When running your business is running your life, yes, you have the income, but it’s costing ALL your time and energy.

But you find there’s something you care about more,…Read More

    • Great! I would consider making the opening a bit punchier..
Given your business your all. And it’s not the way you want to live, anymore.
Your business is running your life, but it’s costing ALL your time and energy.
There’s something you care about more, something you don’t want to let slip away (your song to sing, your family legacy, showing…Read More

    • This is more general commentary… I haven’t read all your material, so I’m wondering how much you are exploiting some great themes you have… “Downshift Your Business, Upshift Your Life”, these days, I live in a RV… I don’t race to work, any more, whenever I want, I park by the side of the road, take in the sunshine, and chill out. And you can…Read More

      • I’m basically not making any business posts at this point. I live my life out loud (all my posts are public), but I feel trapped in getting ready to get ready on the community re-launch. At the creative session we came to the recognition that I need to have an event to point people to, so now I’m off packaging the training I’ve developed for TB.

  • Finally! Breathing space from moving my mom – enough to get some coherence and get this party started! First content attempt – please let me know what lands and what misses. Also, my CP is visual, but this apparently wanted to come through in written.

    • Karen, I like this a lot. I think the title could be a little bit tighter. “Stop the Hustle, You Have Better Things to Do”, “Get off Your Hamster Wheel”

I would bullet point the 1st paragraph
In our culture, if you’re not working every minute:
      -you’re lazy.
      -You’re not maximizing your opportunities.
-You’re going to miss out on the great life…Read More
