• 3 Fun Facts:

    1. I went Hot Air Ballooning in Sedona.
    2. I participated in a Guinness Book of World Records event building the largest ice cream cake because I’m married to Tom Carvel’s nephew.
    3. I was chased by a nun around the property of a sacred site (Mount of Beatitudes) in Israel. She chased me out to the parking lot saying I was…Read More

    • @sandytownsendcomcast-net OMG. I love this so much. Your fun facts are FUN – and intriguing. I too did a hot air balloon ride in sedona – and didn’t like it at all! The experience was not at all what I romanticized about. Your reasons for working with you are more clear than I’ve ever seen to date. Well done!

    • What fun fun facts!

With the 3 reasons, I think they could be more active. The last one is written in such a way that one could think people come to you with a clear understanding. Like:

I help people ditch the mind clutter so they can think clearly and experince less stress and anxiety.

I’m a big sci-fi and fantasy nerd, and my ultimate love is —character or movie or something deeper

      • Helpful feedback – thanks!

        • I lived abroad in Europe for 4 years – 2 in London where my daughter was born and then we moved to Paris for 2 years. It’s not as romantic with an infant 🙂

          • Indeed – Paris with a child is a different experience (the tube, in particular, is not infant friendly AT all)…

            • It most certainly is not! The good thing was that she was an infant at the time and I was able to use a baby carrier but it was tough!

        • I’m a big sci-fi and fantasy nerd, and my ultimate love are (is?) fiction books about magic. I’m sure I had supernatural powers in a past life.

    • love all of these. I like how relatable your reasons for working with you are.

    • Love the facts. Great simple, clear reasons. I was definitely curious about where in Europe she was born. I am a huge sci-fi/fantasy reader so we will have to chat at some point.

  • My 3 expert tips:

    Step 1: Stress

We tend to dismiss stress like a pesky fly. It’s unpleasant and annoying, but in the scheme of things…Read More
