Thank you! We’re trying to figure out how to be inclusive without being exclusive. We want to ensure that allies know they are just as welcome in our community space as LGBTQIA+ people, so I will try and figure out where to put it for clarity!

Anyone having trouble adding a profile photo, go to Members in the top menu, then choose Settings. Choose the green Profile Avatar and go from there. I found two other places to add photos before I landed on that one. 😅

It’s a wonderful set of statements. I would only change one thing – Are you ready to get your numbers in order for 2022 and set up for success in 2023? (it’s shorter, and you’ve already used “business finance” a couple of times).

I just had to share. I did an outcome/result message and so far, I’ve got a 64% conversion rate. This stuff really works!

Safrianna, I think this looks really good. I’m not sure how someone will find your website, or what portion they will glance at. At this moment, the only thing I might invite you to consider is among the Core Values I would re-iterate who your community is, &/or who you are supporting “allies and members of the LGBTQIA+ community”.
