    The term “core values” seems gimmicky to me. I was trying to say them without using that label. I don’t know how others see it.   It’s a wonderful set of statements. I would only change one thing – Are you ready to get your numbers in order for 2022 and set up for success in 2023? (it’s shorter, and you’ve already used “business finance” a couple of times).
