Update I have the theme for my newsletter – Ride the Waves with Anthea – and a landing page for signing up. Content ideas are starting to flow. First issue is about my recent travel experience to Costa Rica and tying in how making an ask resulted in a yes.

It feels a little repetitive. I guess it depends if you are speaking to only those caring for aging parents but also those that are struggling with the aging of their parents in general…

So – I’m here to offer action steps to navigate the emotions of aging parents & caregiving over the next 8 weeks – Here I think you need a word before parents because it feels to me when I read it that you are managing the emotions OF the aging parent and not the emotions of having an aging parent. Does that make sense?

Claire – like this a lot! I think to really make this pop you can talk a little bit about what the inner compass is and what the wound healing is. I think this will strengthen the piece and pull people in more.
