Hello! Here is my first stab at a ‘what’s new’ email. My CTA is to download my guide. I’d love any feedback. Is it clear? Compelling? Make sense? Thanks!
Email 1:
Is the fact that you feel like you aren’t good with numbers holding you back from getting your business finances in order? If so, here is what you can do about it:

Hello! I’d love some feedback on my lead conversion tool. Here is what I have so far, but I’m struggling.
The idea I have for the resource is an assessment that will help them get clarity as to whether what they are currently using (if anything at all) is suiting their needs and if my solution would be an easier and less overwhelming option. Is…Read More

@sarasarafins-com I could be your Level 5 client… so here’s my thoughts: “simple” is a word that I love wrt finances. The thing I’m struggling with now is navigating QuickBooks. Agh. Simplicity and not getting myself “tied in knots” is what I’d be looking for… time saving is a very close second. I think your main content is spot on. The other…Read More

I agree with Ann. I love simple. Every year I say I will change but the set up is too overwhelming so i dont and stick with my own system. Being reminded of the time savings in the future would be attractive. However the thought in my head is..every minute spent on analysis is a minute not spent on growing my business so it needs to be quick. Hope…Read More

Here is my post draft. Feedback welcome. Do I create a clear enough picture of the challenge and transformation?
Are you stuck in overwhelm when it comes to getting your financial information organized so you can file your taxes?
Do you struggle with managing the money in your business because you feel like you just aren’t a ‘numbers per…Read More

Hey, Sara! Great post. You’re really zeroing in on your clients’ problem state. The program I think can be a little more concrete. Right now it kind of reads like it just consists of two calls. Can you spell out a little of what you do and what you help your client to do?

I like it- maybe With Easy Business™ Bookkeeping VIP, includes XXXX and 2 BONUS 1:1 sessions with me, where I guide you through what’s holding you back so you can implement the system seamlessly for your business.

How’s this? Enough detail? I am trying to stay away from explaining the entire program in this post.

A couple of additional thoughts, Sara:
I think the meta-message (the underlying message of everything you say) is EASE. For instance, I see the word ‘templates’ and I think, oh yeah, that’s what’ll make things easy for me. I want to know more about THAT!
$2k is a big spend for me. I want a little more specificity in what’s included. Like a bullet…Read More -
This could speak to any business person out there, so there for it doesn’t speak to anyone. A few suggestions, but see if you can get smaller with who you help on this as well.
Are you stuck in overwhelm when it comes to getting your financial information organized so you can file your taxes? And so instead you help a client with their health…Read More

H! Here is my first stab at a value content email. I did not use the 3 related tips format. Not sure if that is a must, but I felt it flowed better this week. Feedback appreciated!

I like this Sara. (Being a person who feels like Charlie Brown in class with the blah blah teacher -the minute people talk money/revenue / profit… huh?) I feel that I might like it shortened – you say “focus on profitability” – and my mind wants to know right away what that is and then vs what revenue is…. and then a tie in and your CTA….…Read More

I love this! I had a question about the difference between revenue and profitability, and then you answered it. You asked questions and shared tips without making me feel like I was doing something wrong, and when I realized I don’t do this – you offered a solution and hope!

Hi Sara, I felt there was too much explanation. I think most people understand some of the things you were explaining. So I cropped considerably. If you want to keep more of the explanations, I would tighten it up.
Technically, most of what is written is about making money & profit which could apply to marketing, sales, or other arenas.

Hey everyone! I took a stab at writing an email with the behind the scenes content and I’d love some feedback. I am not sure exactly how to tie in the CTA. I feel like it kind of sneaks up on you and needs a better transition. The topic is Travel and the hook is a question. Thanks!
Here is the email:

Thanks for sharing your love of travel, Sara. I love to travel too! May I make two suggestions?
Get specific and sensory. It’s the little details that spark engagement and presence you. Today I’m thinking back to a trip to Venice we made on our honeymoon. I remember the heat and the orange glow of the molten glass in the glass-blowing workshop on…Read More -
I see how you feel you have dumped all the engagement at the end. What if you sprinkle it throughout and bold it so people see it.
Title: How can getting your finances organized free you from FOMO?I’m not sure if you know this about me, but I love to travel. I do it any chance that I get. From a weekend spa getaway to a trip to a new city – I’m…Read More
